This payment & billing terms applies to purchases made from TimaGlow through our online store.

Currency

Product prices are listed in USD unless checkout displays another supported currency.

Accepted payment methods

Available payment methods are shown at checkout before payment. We only accept payment methods that are displayed during checkout.

Secure checkout

Checkout is processed through Shopify and supported payment providers. Do not email payment card details to us. We do not store full payment card numbers in our customer support systems.

Billing information

Please make sure your billing name, billing address, email address, and payment information are accurate. Orders may be delayed or canceled if payment cannot be verified.

Taxes and shipping charges

Any taxes, duties, shipping charges, or fees that apply to your order are displayed at checkout where applicable before payment is completed.

Refunds
