This return & refund policy applies to purchases made from TimaGlow through our online store.
Return window
We accept returns for eligible bedding products within 30 days after delivery. This applies to defective items and to non-defective items, including buyer's remorse, when the conditions below are met.
Return conditions
- Items must be unused, unwashed, clean, and in original packaging when possible.
- Returned items must include all included pieces, inserts, accessories, and packaging materials that came with the order.
- Bedding that has been used, washed, stained, damaged by the customer, exposed to odors, or returned in unsanitary condition cannot be accepted.
- Customized, personalized, final-sale, or gift-card items are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.
How to start a return
- Email us at hamzaithroch@gmail.com within 30 days after delivery.
- Include your order number, the item you want to return, the reason for the return, and clear photos if the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described.
- Wait for return instructions before mailing the item back. Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.
Return method and label
Returns are handled by mail. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions by email. Unless we state otherwise, customers are responsible for printing the label and mailing the package back using a trackable shipping service.
Return shipping cost
- If the return is due to buyer's remorse, wrong size chosen, color preference, or a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially not as described, TimaGlow will cover the approved return shipping cost or provide another reasonable solution.
Restocking fee
We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.
Refund timing
After we receive and inspect the approved return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to contact us first, return the eligible item if approved, and place a new order for the preferred size, color, or style.
Order cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, email us as soon as possible. We can only cancel an order before it has entered processing or shipment.
